At Wigs On Budget, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — that’s why we’ve made our return process simple and transparent.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, wigs, hair products, accessories, and beauty items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn.

Custom-made or sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Return

Contact our customer care team via WhatsApp at +592 758 1665 within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via WhatsApp about your refund status.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
